Senior Software Engineer

Teradata seeks a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role focuses on resolving critical production issues, implementing new features, automating deployment pipelines, and providing on-call support for distributed and cloud-based systems. You will ensure high availability and scalability of our production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve bugs across multiple services.
• Implement new enhancements requested by field teams.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipeline automation for efficient deployments.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize and maintain cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Jenkins and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD best practices and DevOps principles.
