Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and product-minded Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of our cloud-based, web-first data security products. If you have deep React and Node.js expertise and want to shape architecture in a high-growth tech environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX to analyze requirements and align with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end features within an Agile framework using React front-ends and Node.js backends.
- Contribute to technical design decisions including reusable component libraries and micro-frontends.
- Partner with QA teams for high-quality delivery and champion a shift-left approach to testing.
- Refactor existing codebases, optimizing performance and accessibility while adhering to best practices.
- Mentor other developers through code reviews and pair programming.
- Troubleshoot customer issues effectively to enhance user satisfaction.
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with significant full stack background. Strong proficiency in React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js (RESTful APIs), HTML5/CSS3, and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Demonstrated experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
Other Relevant Experience
- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures.
- Experience building design systems and micro-frontend architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Understanding of authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
