Senior Software Engineer

This is a contract remote role for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Frontend development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated user-facing applications utilizing modern frameworks. Key responsibilities include close collaboration with back-end developers, product teams, and UX designers to architect functional, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces. The role involves writing high-quality code, conducting thorough code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, and continuously staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to uphold optimal development practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. Proficiency in essential frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is required, along with hands-on experience with modern frameworks like React and Angular. Experience with API integration and facilitating communication between front-end and back-end systems is crucial. Prior experience within Fin-Tech companies is a significant advantage. Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, and previous experience in a similar senior engineering capacity is highly beneficial.
