Senior Software Engineer

• Demonstrate the ability to understand complex problems and execute quick PoCs using available JS libraries, effectively convincing stakeholders of your rationale.
• Mentor team members to enhance productivity while assessing overall work quality through rigorous code reviews and early feedback.
• Own and manage end-to-end payload pipelines, including sprint planning, component development/packaging, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Evaluate deliverable performance against SLOs using industry-standard profiling tools.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate mock-ups into high-quality code within Agile frameworks.
• Lead detailed designs, whiteboarding sessions, task breakdowns, and peer reviews.
• Coordinate release management, bug triaging/fixing, configuration migration processes, and UAT readiness tasks.

• Core Concepts: Solid grasp of React JS (Virtual DOM, Hooks, Component Architecture, state management).
• Languages & Libraries: JavaScript/TypeScript, npm/yarn, Express, Redux. Proficient in HTML/CSS responsive design and testing libraries like Jest/Cypress.
• Styling: Experience with KendoReact, styled-components, or similar proprietary/open-source libraries.
• Sources Control: Strong GIT workflow (branching, PRs, merging).
• Environment: Visual Studio Code or NeoVIM; Agile methodology expertise.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with a minimum of 5+ years specifically in React JS/Javascript and 7+ years overall UI experience.
