Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive core platform development on the Frappe framework at Navadhan Capital. You will lead engineering teams within specific modules while spearheading our next-gen fintech landing platform in this fast-growing Series A startup.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain modules for the AceN 3.0 platform (Frappe-based).
• Collaborate with Project Leads and cross-functional owners on feature development and integration across Core, HRMS+Payroll, Helpdesk, and Lending.
• Develop clean, well-documented Python backend code and React.js frontend interfaces.
• Participate in rigorous testing, deployment processes, and production troubleshooting.

People Management:

• Mentor a small team of engineers within your assigned modules.
• Manage task allocation, enforce code quality standards, and guide technical career development.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues and blockers.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Frappe framework.
• Strong proficiency in Python (backend) and React.js (frontend).
• Ability to debug core framework files.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with DevOps, cloud basics, containerization, and MySQL performance optimization.
• Prior experience in Bank/NBFC/Fintech environments or managing junior engineers.
