About the Role
The Senior Software Engineer – Fintech Solutions is a full-time remote position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining robust treasury applications. Responsibilities include architecting back-end services, integrating with banking systems, optimizing performance, collaborating with product teams, conducting code reviews, driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring security best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science (data structures, algorithms).
- Demonstrated expertise in modern languages like Java, C#, Python, or Go for building production-grade systems.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development: RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with OOP, design patterns, modular software development, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working on fintech/banking systems including security and regulatory compliance (GDPR/SOC2).
- Able to collaborate in distributed teams using agile methodologies.
