Senior Software Engineer

About This Role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Kaleris, you will leverage your expertise to collaborate directly with development teams, product management, and project leadership. You will design, develop, and deliver innovative full-stack features on our JADE platform using C# / .NET back-end technologies and React front-end frameworks.

Core Responsibilities

• Fully-Stack Development: Build scalable services, APIs, UI components, and business logic with a focus on clean architecture and performance.
• JADE Proficiency: Utilize the JADE object-oriented platform for application development or rapidly adapt to it as needed.
• Augmented Engineering: Employ AI tools like Claude to accelerate delivery while maintaining rigorous code quality standards. Design scalable, AI-enabled workflows and features.
• Data & Integration: Implement relational/object database solutions (e.g., SQL Server) and manage full-stack integrations between front-end and back-end layers via RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–8 years of relevant full-stack software engineering experience with a strong foundation in object-oriented design.
• Educational Background: BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Technical Skills:
• C# / .NET: Expertise in building back-end services and APIs.
• React: Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, state management, and component design.
• Databases & DevOps: Experience with SQL Server, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mindset: Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments within global virtual teams. Possess a security-first approach to architecture and deployment.

You will demonstrate strong ownership of product features throughout their lifecycle, from design to support. As an AI-augmented builder, you will mentor junior engineers, share technical expertise across the organization, and act as a systems thinker who translates complex business needs into elegant technical solutions.
