Role Overview
This position seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer specializing in AI & Automation to design, develop, and deploy complex enterprise solutions. You will leverage React for scalable front-end experiences, Java/Spring Boot for robust backend services, and Python for advanced Generative AI and automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT: Architect and deliver high-performance applications using modern frameworks like React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and back-end technologies including Java/Spring Boot. Apply reusable design patterns to ensure scalability across enterprise systems.
- FRONT-END ENGINEERING: Create responsive user interfaces that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
- BACK-END & API DEVELOPMENT: Design RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate internal tools with external platforms using robust Java-based services. Ensure seamless data flow across distributed systems.
- PYTHON & AI DEVELOPMENT: Build intelligent applications leveraging Python for machine learning pipelines, Generative AI integration, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and automated data processing tasks.
- INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION: Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions using workflow technologies to reduce manual effort and optimize business outcomes through smart automation strategies.
Qualifications
We are looking for a distinguished professional with:
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience (typically reflecting over 12 years in relevant domains).
- Bachelor's degree (BTECH/BE) from a top-tier technology institution.
- Proven expertise in the full-stack stack: React, Java/Spring Boot, and Python.
- Strong track record of designing microservices architectures and integrating Generative AI solutions including RAG and LLMs into production environments.
- Solid background with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, automated testing frameworks, Docker/Kubernetes containerization, and cloud-native development practices.
