Senior Software Engineer

We are actively searching for a skilled Senior Software Engineer (SSE) to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role offers a significant opportunity to shape and implement scalable software solutions. You will be instrumental throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), translating business needs into robust technical architectures, guiding junior developers, and upholding stringent code quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Architecture & Design: Lead the design of complex, scalable systems and make critical architectural decisions.
• Software Development: Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through effective code reviews and technical support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-impact features.
• System Maintenance: Proactively identify and resolve intricate bugs and performance bottlenecks within existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in core programming languages and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.

This is a contractual/temporary position with an annual salary range of ₹6,49,691.89 to ₹20,36,896.07. The work location is in person.
