Opteamix is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on leveraging 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in .NET or Java development to build scalable, high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) or Java (Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot).
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Work on API integrations, backend logic, and database management.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and demonstrate a willingness to upskill in modern areas like Python and AI/GenAI concepts.

Solution Design & Development

• Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of new solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of developed applications.

Technical Skills:

• Required: Strong development experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) or Java (Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot).
• Proficiency in RESTful API development.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Project Desired Skills:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts, or a keen interest in being upskilled in these areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
