Senior Software Engineer

• Core Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop scalable backend services using Python or Golang technologies.
• Create robust RESTful APIs supporting both mobile applications and web platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and analytics to deliver high-impact features at scale.
• Optimize system performance, ensure 99.9% availability, and manage large-scale traffic loads efficiently.
• Maintain code quality through clean, modular development adhering to industry best practices.
• Take ownership of debugging complex issues, leading production incident resolution, and conducting post-mortem analyses.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on backend engineering experience with Python or Golang.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, operating systems fundamentals, and network protocols.
• Proven track record in designing and managing production-grade REST APIs.
• Expertise in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/Messaging databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Solid experience deploying applications on major cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker for scalable infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation strategies.
• Experience implementing comprehensive monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Strong proficiency in Git workflows and version control best practices.
