Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Show exceptional proficiency in software application design and development life cycles.
- Leverage experience building scalable systems using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, SQS/Kafka/AMQ, Redis, NoSQL databases, web services, and performance optimization techniques.
- Contribute to the development of ERP software products with solid cloud infrastructure knowledge.
- Maintain excellent communication skills for proposing and reviewing engineering designs effectively.
- Show a track record of delivering end-to-end projects from inception (0 to 1) with clear, measurable impact metrics.
- Demonstrate ability to clarify vague problem statements and break down multi-quarter initiatives into phased launches.
- Proven experience building systems capable of handling at least 100k users concurrently.
- Show expertise in developing microservices that manage over 100 queries per second (qps) in live production environments.
- Lead and mentor senior developers with a minimum of three years of leadership experience.
