Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and build solutions for complex business workflows in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Take end-to-end ownership of components from design to deployment and enhancements.
• Write high-quality code with a strong sense of ownership.
• Solve performance bottlenecks using excellent Java and object-oriented development skills.
• Provide mentorship to other engineers within the team.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with management, product, QA, and UI/UX teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or relevant fields.
• Experience in building and scaling microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of at least one NoSQL database.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting, and diagnosis capabilities.
• Ability to act as a role model for young engineers with high code quality standards.
