Senior Software Engineer — Backend

About the Role

Design and own backend services that remain reliable and fast under massive consumer traffic. As a Senior Software Engineer – Backend at Talentica, you will build distributed microservices in Go and Node.js to solve global-scale challenges like high availability and asynchronous event-driven architecture.

Your Expertise

We are looking for a professional with 6+ years of backend experience specializing in Go and Node.js. You should have strong system-design skills building highly available products, extensive knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, HTTP protocols, databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, messaging, and Linux.

Essential: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Agile delivery experience is a must. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or ReactJS is advantageous but not mandatory.
