Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer at Pice in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our efficient, reliable, and scalable backend systems. You will contribute significantly to system architecture decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. Your role will involve identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs with creative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design, development, and maintenance of efficient, reliable, clean, and optimal systems.
• Make critical system design choices and provide architectural guidance, working with cross-functional teams for delivery.
• Devise innovative methods to identify and resolve system bottlenecks and bugs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven expertise and hands-on programming experience in Go.
• Demonstrated experience designing and building scalable applications using Go.
• Strong understanding of database concepts, including both RDBMS and NoSQL.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to guide and support team members effectively.
• A passion for tackling new challenges and continuously learning new technologies.
• Experience in building projects from scratch is a significant advantage.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
