Your New Product Teams
The ApartmentIQ team revolutionizes how property managers optimize operations. Our platform centralizes critical data, offering insights for leasing, maintenance, resident communication, and financial reporting.
Tech Stack: React/Tailwind Frontend + Ruby on Rails Backend.The Role
We are hiring experienced full-stack engineers to build AI-native products across our ApartmentIQ and MavenAI pods. These roles feature high ownership: you'll take features from data layer to API to interface, working closely with an experienced lead.
- Build product surfaces on top of LLMs and agents (ingestion, structured data, UI).
- Take greenfield problems from ambiguous idea to shipped feature.
- Skill in agentic workflows: prompting, handling non-deterministic output, human-in-the-loop review.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- 6+ years full-stack experience.
- Strong Ruby on Rails API design/building skills.
- Modern JavaScript/ES6 and React proficiency (Redux preferred).
- Relational database knowledge (MySQL) and fundamental web technologies (HTTP, REST, JSON).
- Aptitude for breaking down complex problems into shippable chunks.
Bonus:
- Data pipeline/ingestion experience (XML/APIs to content).
- Experience with agentic frameworks, RAG, or LLM tool-use.
- Modern front-end UX taste and trend awareness.
