Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - AI Trainer to join our growing community of technical professionals dedicated to refining next-generation AI models. Based in Bengaluru or working remotely from approved locations including the US, Canada, UK, and other global hubs.
About The Role
You will collaborate with advanced AI systems on engaging programming challenges involving full-stack development, data analysis, visualization, and complex algorithmic problem-solving. Your contributions directly enhance the capabilities of intelligent agents used across industries.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality code snippets in languages like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, C++, Swift, or React to train AI systems on diverse coding problems.
- Evaluate and critique AI-generated solutions for accuracy, performance optimization, readability, and architectural soundness.
- Provide detailed textual explanations of your reasoning processes and design choices.
- Synthesize insights from data analysis tasks to improve model understanding.
Candidate Requirements- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one major programming language or framework (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Java).
- Fluency in English with excellent writing and grammar skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; completion of studies acceptable for current students.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles. Previous experience as an engineer, coder, or programmer highly preferred.
