About The Role
You already hold keys to doors most people will never open: the owners you grew up around. We're hiring one founding lead to build this from nothing, then hire and lead a team beneath you.
Your Mission: Walk into rooms most consultants never reach. Sit across from owners you know as peers (not salespeople). Make introductions, stay close to relationships, while our technical team sells the solution and builds tools that earn their keep.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate access to distribution, trades, or industrial businesses through family, friends, or your hometown network.
- Recruit and coach associates, students, and recent grads like you. Earn on every deal they bring in, not just your own.
- Learn AI where it actually gets used under the founder's mentorship on real companies.
The Opportunity
This is a founding, independent-contractor role (1099), built to flex around your classes if you're still in school. You earn a retainer plus a share of every deal you originate, with no ceiling.
