Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

Solovis builds portfolio management and analytics software for some of the world's most complex capital. We are backed by Insight Partners and growing rapidly with a company-wide commitment to becoming AI-native.

We are building our agentic development team, seeking engineers who already work in production-grade agentic workflows as their default mode. This is a hands-on engineering role where you own features end-to-end, ship production systems using multi-agent workflows, and take genuine accountability for your output—including when things break.

What You'll Do

• Deliver features across our stack using agentic development end-to-end in brownfield environments.
• Build and operate multi-agent workflows where distinct roles run in parallel and coordination.
• Validate agent output continuously, knowing when to intervene based on established requirements.
• Transfer agentic working habits through real production work alongside existing engineers.

What We're Looking For

Engineering Background: 5–9 years of professional experience with strong fluency in Java/Python (AWS) or C# (Azure). You must have a history of shipping non-trivial systems and owning outcomes, including out-of-depth experiences like stack switches or greenfield builds.

Agentic Development Experience: 6+ months of serious production-grade agentic tool use (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) with demonstrated ability to build product with AI. You must have a concrete understanding of when to let an agent run versus intervene and experience reviewing non-written code.
