Your Mission: What You'll Be Building

• Core Contributor: Design, develop, and implement new models for the Adaptive Enterprise. Lead development in cloud-native architectures using microservices and Agile methodologies.
• Pillar Technologies: Build features powering Adaptive Applications (the intelligent backbone) and integrate Champion AI (Agentic AI driving productivity).

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Independent Design & Implementation: Take end-to-end ownership of scalable web application features using modern frontend frameworks and robust backend services.
• Complex Problem Resolution: Proactively debug, diagnose, and resolve critical technical issues across the stack with minimal guidance. Understand interdisciplinary system relationships for optimal design.
• Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert to mentor junior engineers in Pune, lead complex cross-team code reviews, and set quality standards.
• Code for Scale & Efficiency: Optimize architecture for performance while translating product requirements into clean, efficient code.

Tech Stack & Foundations

We are looking for mastery in Data Structures & Algorithms (time/space complexity), OOP fundamentals, and web basics (HTML/CSS/JS). You must have strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Git.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional software development experience.
