Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain study-specific software applications adhering to project specifications and SOPs.
• Integrate acquired device data with backend, project-specific databases.
• Participate in the full application development lifecycle for clinical trial data collection solutions.
• Contribute to study specification creation and support planning/deployment activities.
• Lead or collaborate on complex, customized client-specific implementations.
• Perform peer reviews of code across various complexity levels.
• Write clean, correct code and follow engineering best practices.
• Communicate timelines, scope, technical issues, and decisions to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Designers, Quality, Translations, and Project Management.
• Negotiate and resolve issues related to timelines, study schedules, and technical changes.
• Proactively seek feedback and continuously improve engineering capabilities.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, acting as the final line of defense for delivery and production challenges.
• Escalate unclear requirements and proactively identify potential problems or risks.
• Participate in cross-functional training to understand study development practices and constraints.
• Engage in professional and self-development to enhance technical and collaborative skills.
• Adhere to all relevant Clario Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript ES6+, React.js, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, SQL, and JSON.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with short timelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
