The Team & Mission

GoDaddy's Performance Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Paid Media (SEM). You will build production-grade internal tools, systems, and automation to power global marketing operations across search engine marketing, social media advertising, visual ads, and more.

Your Impact

• Build Automation:Create high-quality internal tools that automate workflows, campaign execution, and reporting for paid media channels (SEM, Social, Display).

• Data Integration:Develop data pipelines connecting marketing platforms like Google Ads and Meta with our internal analytics systems.

• Leverage AI:Use modern AI/LLM tools to accelerate development, automate insights, and solve complex business challenges faster than ever before.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with marketing professionals, data specialists, and product teams. Translate vague requirements into reliable software solutions that drive measurable impact for our ~21 million customers.

The Role

This is a Software Engineering role first, specialized in Paid Media domain knowledge. You will write code, deploy to AWS, build data pipelines, create internal tools, and work within enterprise constraints including security policies and API integrations.
