About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Senior Software Development Engineer to join our agile team in Noida. You will own critical processes across design, implementation, testing, and deployment for high-availability systems used by major global firms.
- Develop scalable software solutions leveraging Java/Python and advanced technologies
- Lead technical breakdowns of deliverables into features and stories
- Mentor entry-level developers and contribute to architectural decisions
- Ensure code quality, testability, and performance across distributed systems
Key Responsibilities
You will actively participate in Agile strategy sessions, drive feature enhancements for emerging technologies, address customer issues with empathy, and independently manage the full lifecycle of major services. Your expertise in unit testing, system monitoring, and NoSQL/Relational databases (Hadoop, Spark, DynamoDB) is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years experience with industry-leading languages like Java or Python
- Strong background in SDLC and Agile practices
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and messaging systems (Kafka, SQS/SNS)
- Expertise in Machine Learning and distributed software architectures
