Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full SDLC from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Design robust, scalable, high-performance architectures.
- Mentor junior software engineers to foster technical growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on business requirements and project goals.
- Conduct debugging, performance optimization, and systems analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5–8 years in software development (C#/.NET), full-stack expertise, and strong Python skills required. Expert-level proficiency in Agile methodologies is essential.
