About the Role

Binance is seeking an experienced QA Engineer (Mid-to-Senior Level) to lead and support integration testing for its high-performance backend software platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle: designing scenarios to validate system changes, developing and maintaining automated test scripts in Python, executing tests, analyzing results, and integrating coverage into broader CI/CD frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and partners to deliver high-quality software products.
• Design comprehensive test cases and develop robust Python-based automated scripts for integration testing scenarios.
• Prepare integration tests for unreleased features, integrate them into CI pipelines, and provide QA sign-off prior to production release.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations to identify root causes of issues and communicate findings effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize gaps in existing test scripts and implement improvements to increase coverage, reliability, and scalability.
• Enhance the integration testing framework to boost automation capabilities and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend QA engineering with a full lifecycle understanding (manual design, scripting, execution).
• Strong hands-on expertise in UNIX/Linux environments.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and Bash; ability to code independently without relying on AI-generated solutions.
• Experience testing distributed non-monolithic architectures, APIs, databases, and backend services.
• A passion for breaking things and solving complex problems, uncovering not just the 'what' but the 'why'.
• Clear, logical communication skills in English.
