Pair Softech India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.Net Full Stack Developer) for a Full Time position. This role requires 5 to 12 years of experience and involves leading the design and implementation of complex backend systems, APIs, microservices, and modern frontend architectures. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject-matter expert in .NET, cloud architecture, performance, and scalability. A key responsibility will be leveraging AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot and AI chat assistants, while critically evaluating AI-generated code for correctness, security, and adherence to team standards. The role emphasizes a secure-by-design approach and threat modeling. Responsibilities include ensuring CI/CD pipelines support automated testing and deployment reliability, collaborating with product managers, supporting system reliability through code reviews and performance optimization, troubleshooting production issues, engaging in cost optimization, and participating in Agile ceremonies. The company offers a remote work opportunity for candidates across India with a stable internet connection. The salary range is ₹18 LPA to ₹25 LPA as a Fixed Cost plus a performance-based bonus of up to 10%. Interviews will consist of a practical test, two technical rounds, and one final round. Salaries are paid on or before the 7th of the following month. Required skills include a Bachelor's in Computer Applications or higher, 6+ years in Software Development, proficiency in Angular, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Azure, AI Tools, ASP.Net, Visual Studio, Web Services, MsSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, and Web API. Experience with AI for software design, coding, or testing workflows, including hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and understanding of LLM capabilities, is highly desirable.
