Senior Software Developer – JAVA

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer – JAVA to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust applications that align with business objectives while ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Strong proficiency in Java (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Ability to build high-quality software complying with strict coding standards.
• Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and teamwork skills.
• Expertise in writing reusable, efficient code with a solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Low Latency designs, High Availability systems, Multi-Threading, and Parallel Processing.
• Proficiency in Git for version control.
• Knowledge of design principles for scalable applications.
• Experience with Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL & NOSQL databases.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures (serverless, microservices).
• AWS Cloud architecture implementation experience is desirable.

Responsibilities & Activities

• Maintain compliance with internal work regulations, organizational policies, and information security protocols.
• Facilitate the investigation and management of information security incidents.
• Ensure data protection for clients, suppliers, and entities per applicable legal requirements.
• Promptly report any deviations, anomalies, vulnerabilities, or threats related to system integrity.
• Risk assessment participation when requested by leadership.
• Produce development deliverables within established timelines and specifications.
• Adhere to technical procedures: secure coding, best practices, naming conventions, and versioning.
• Conduct rigorous unit testing of developed code.
• Create comprehensive documentation for projects and processes.
• Actively participate in code reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
• Design solutions leveraging cloud components and architectures.
• Mentor junior developers, resolve technical queries, and transfer knowledge within the team.
• Pursue continuous learning opportunities to enhance team skill sets.
