Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-friendly experiences.
- Develop maintainable products and systems with robust testing and monitoring.
- Apply advanced technical expertise and problem-solving to analyze complex data and systems, anticipate issues, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure work adheres to compliance standards, risk management, security protocols, and business objectives.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including design and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand interdependencies and solve shared problems.
- Engage in communities of practice for knowledge sharing and acquisition.
- Disseminate new skills and knowledge to enhance team effectiveness.
- Identify and propose improvements for code and system inefficiencies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, focusing on accessibility, usability, and front-end technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field from accredited institutions.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of Java concepts including Reflection, IOC, AOP, SOLID principles, and OOP/OOD.
- Proficient in SQL, including query optimization, with experience in Postgres and MySQL.
- Experience with message queues such as Service Bus and Kafka is advantageous.
- Familiarity with caching solutions like Redis and AeroSpike.
- Experience developing and managing high-throughput systems.
- Experience in building and deploying web services and applications on cloud platforms is preferred.
- Experience with Azure technologies, including Function App, is a plus.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and AKS is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Experience with monitoring and viewing service dashboards is expected.
