Responsibilities

• Drive the development of new features and improve the performance of existing products.
• Define architectural standards and processes for the engineering team.
• Lead performance analysis and optimization efforts for our platform.
• Contribute to the engineering hiring plan, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Salarybox to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and champion new technologies and development processes within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building systems from the ground up.
• A strong understanding of application design and the ability to contribute to architectural improvements.
• Experience in scaling backend services effectively.
• Expertise in building high-availability systems that eliminate single points of failure.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing applications for low latency.
• Solid fundamentals and practical application of Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, and Problem Solving.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in leading organizations or startups.
