Role: Senior Software Developer – AI Platform Engineering (B2B Integration)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in modern AI technologies. You will design and develop enterprise-grade services combining Java-based microservices, cloud-native architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Design and maintain back-end services using Java/Spring Boot; build scalable APIs for AI-enabled capabilities; implement event-driven architectures with Kafka.
• AI Engineering: Develop features leveraging LLMs, RAG solutions, semantic search, and prompt orchestration. Integrate agent-based workflows into enterprise applications while adhering to responsible AI practices.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy cloud-native apps on platforms like AWS/Azure using Docker/Kubernetes; manage CI/CD pipelines for scalability and reliability.
• Engineering Excellence: Implement automated testing, code reviews, observability (logging/metrics), and mentor junior developers within an Agile Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• Backend: 7-12+ years with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka.
• AI & GenAI: Experience building LLM applications (Spring AI, LangChain), RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS/Azure.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's in CS or equivalent. Immediate joiners preferred (max 15-20 days notice). Hybrid model: WFO at Client Location (Chennai/Sholinganallur) for monthly mandatory days plus remote option within India.
