About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Developer (7+ years experience) to design and develop enterprise-grade services combining Java-based micro-services, cloud-native architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java/Spring Boot. Build scalable micro-services supporting B2B integration scenarios.
• AI Engineering: Develop features leveraging LLMs, implement RAG solutions, design prompt orchestration, and integrate agent-based workflows into enterprise applications while adhering to responsible AI practices.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy cloud-native applications on platforms like AWS/Azure using Docker/Kubernetes. Build CI/CD pipelines for scalability and reliability.
• Engineering Excellence: Implement automated testing, participate in code reviews, apply clean code principles, ensure observability via logging/metrics/tracing, mentor juniors, and resolve production issues.

Required Skills

Core Backend: Strong Java & Spring Boot experience. Microservices architecture knowledge. REST API design. SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle). Event-driven systems with Kafka.
AI Expertise: Experience with GitHub Copilot/Claude. LLM application development. RAG architectures and vector databases. Prompt engineering context management. Frameworks like Spring AI/LangChain/LangGraph.
Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure familiarity.

Logistics

• Location: Chennai (Sholinganallur).
• Model: Hybrid / WFO Required for 12 days/month max remote flexibility within India.
• Status: Immediate joiners preferred; notice period up to 20 days acceptable.
