About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Systems Engineer III). This role is central to ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of telehealth systems supporting OUD treatment. As a technical leader, you will:

• Lead initiatives enhancing system reliability, observability, incident response, infrastructure as code, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• GCP Infrastructure: Own the reliability of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments including Cloud Run, Firestore, Authentication, and Hosting.
• SRE Practices: Define and implement SLOs/SLIs; manage disaster recovery planning/testing.
• Observability & Incident Response: Build logging/monitoring processes; transition alerting to PagerDuty with clear escalation paths.
• IaC & CI/CD: Enhance infrastructure using Terraform and improve pipelines.
• Security Compliance: Collaborate on HIPAA and SOC 2 controls.
• Leadership: Mentor teams; integrate AI tools for operational efficiency; lead projects in a remote, growth-stage environment.
