Senior Site Reliability Engineer I

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Software Engineering to enhance system resilience, scalability, and performance using automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Contribute to architectural design discussions ensuring reliability and performance integration across cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Execute chaos engineering experiments and disaster recovery plans to ensure rapid recovery from disruptions.
• Promote best practices including error budgeting, SLOs/SLIs within an ITIL-aligned support organization.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer-facing incident management, coordinating stakeholders through resolution.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• Certified ITIL practitioner with hands-on CI/CD pipeline and automation tooling expertise.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices architectures, Linux systems, Terraform, Python/Bash scripting, observability stacks like Prometheus/Splunk/Grafana.
