Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in Pune or Chennai, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and remediating vulnerabilities for the Web and Application Layer. Your role will involve maintaining and improving Apache Tomcat Servers and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of various servers and components.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining security and remediating vulnerabilities for the Web and Application Layer.
• Maintaining and improving Apache Tomcat Servers.
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to ensure server and component operability.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Linux and Bash, with a deep comfort level in navigating Linux systems and working extensively in the shell.
• Intimate understanding of Apache Tomcat and its integration with other middleware services such as Apache Webserver and Apache ActiveMQ.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing various landing zones within an on-premises system.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience using Python or an equivalent language to automate system administrative tasks in on-premises environments.
• A thorough understanding of keyvault and its effective utilization for rotating and managing infrastructure secrets.
