About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to act as a Software Engineer within our agile team. This role focuses on driving improvement, optimization, and automation across ServiceNow activities.

• Core Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on development specifically in ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, TPRM, BCM).
• Development Lifecycle: Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document high-quality software deliverables using agreed-upon industry standards.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting (JavaScript), REST APIs, Flow Designer, and Service Portal customization. Experience building JS utilities is essential.
• Integration & Architecture: Integrate external systems using ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, and KAFKA solutions.
• Coding Standards: Write clean, efficient, maintainable code to meet strict project objectives. Advanced knowledge of JavaScript is required, along with familiarity with XML, Java, Jelly scripting, and Angular JS.

In this role, you will bring a proven record of successful implementation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting across various ServiceNow modules. You must stay current with emerging trends in ServiceNow development while maintaining an understanding of GRC/IRM industry best practices.
