Senior Service Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service by resolving product and service issues, attracting potential customers through informative engagement, and managing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance of Command Control Center, including all application software, IT, and network infrastructure for CCTV, Access Control, and Public Address systems.
• Provide field-level service representation.
• Execute LNM (Logistics, Network, and Maintenance) and Retrofit projects on schedule.
• Respond to breakdown calls efficiently.
• Manage and meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards as per company guidelines.
• Generate leads for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), LNM, and Retrofit projects.
• Uphold company ethics and integrity in all dealings.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Technical expertise in Command and Control Centers.
• Proficiency in Integrated Security Systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Public Address (PA) systems.
• Experience in Solution Designing, Operations & Maintenance, and Total Project Management.
• Knowledge of Networking, IT, and IoT Systems.
• Detailed understanding of software like Milestone, Awiros, Lenel, and data conduit concepts.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Integrated Security Systems (ISS) with all related hardware and software.
• Education: Diploma or B-Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering.
