Senior Service Engineer - Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This role is crucial for providing excellent customer service by resolving product and service issues, answering customer inquiries, and suggesting relevant products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Maintenance of Command Control Center, including all application software, IT, and network infrastructure, with CCTV, Access Control, and PA systems.
• Field-level service representation.
• Execution of LNM & Retrofit Projects on schedule.
• Attending breakdown calls.
• Managing agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Communicating effectively with customers.
• Maintaining Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards as per company policies.
• Lead generation for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), LNM, and Retrofit projects.
• Upholding ethics and integrity in line with company policies.

Technical Skills:

• Technical knowledge in Command and Control Centre operations.
• Proficiency in Integrated Security Systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Public Address (PA) systems.
• Experience in Solution Designing, Operations & Maintenance, and Total Project Management.
• Knowledge in Networking, IT, and IoT Systems.
• Detailed knowledge of software like Milestone, Awiros, Lenel, and data conduit concepts.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience is required in Integrated Security Systems (ISS) with all related hardware and software.

Qualifications:

Diploma or B-Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science engineering is required.
