Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Pune District, Maharashtra, India. This role is crucial for driving service excellence and technical innovation within our organization.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a robust background in Java, complex system integrations, and cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing high-performance, scalable backend solutions, seamlessly integrating enterprise systems, and contributing significantly to our cloud-based application architecture. This is a key position to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications utilizing Java (Java 8 or higher).
• Build and support intricate system integrations through REST APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
• Develop and deploy cutting-edge cloud-native applications on both AWS and GCP platforms.
• Implement and manage microservices architectures, focusing on high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to effectively translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring strict adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application and integration issues promptly.
• Actively participate in Agile development ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

• 12–14 years of extensive hands-on experience in Java development (Java 8 or higher).
• Strong, proven experience in application and system integration methodologies.
• Hands-on exposure to core AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Hands-on experience with key GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.
• Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture design.
• Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Proficiency with Git or other modern version control tools.

Good to Have:

• Experience with the Spring / Spring Boot framework.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Previous experience working within Agile / Scrum development environments.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
