Senior SerDes Architect and Lead
Location: Austin / Milpitas / Fort Collins / Billerica
Type: Hybrid
Join the forefront of Wideband Signal Processing™ to deliver high-performance, low-power analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), digital-to-analog converters (DACs), and mixed-signal IP cores. These components are critical for applications including AI infrastructure, 5G networks, optical communications, automotive networking, LiDAR, radar systems, SatComm, Software Defined Radio (SDR), and broadband communications.
As the Senior SerDes Architect and Development Lead focused on PAM4 ADC and DAC based wireline technologies, you will:
- Collaborate with customers to define requirements.
- Lead high-performance transistor-level design from initial specification through layout supervision, silicon evaluation, characterization, and final product introduction.
Qualifications:
- 10-20 years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes.
- Expertise with PAM4 architectures and topologies.
- Experience designing building blocks: bandgap references, op-amps, comparators, oscillators, DLLs, PLLs, CTLEs, CDRs.
- Deep understanding of equalization techniques (analog and digital).
- Proven track record taking designs to production.
- Strong communication skills for global team collaboration.
