What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Security DevOps Engineer specializing in SAP and AI automation, you will:

• Work with next-generation SAP platforms (SAP ECC 6.0, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP GRC, SAP BW, BTP, IAG, and cloud solutions) to drive innovation in transport and logistics.
• Design and implement robust SAP Security architectures, ensuring alignment with Maersk’s Secure-by-Design and Secure Development Lifecycle principles.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and evangelize security best practices across SAP and AI automation domains.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to enforce security controls, vulnerability scanning, and patch management for the SAP Enablement Platform.
• Develop and maintain security roles, GRC configurations (Access Controls, Process Controls, Risk Management), and integrate SAP systems with SIEM/log management tools.
• Drive AI automation initiatives for SAP, including token-based security mechanisms (OAuth/HTTPS, SAML/X.509, SAP SNC/SSO) and cloud security (Microsoft Azure).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, PCI, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) standards while supporting audit activities and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional SAP Security projects, coordinate with third-party partners, and deliver solutions that align with business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Act as a servant-leader, removing roadblocks, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and feedback.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap by bridging gaps between teams and the broader SAP Platform architecture.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP products (SAP ECC 6.0, S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, BW, BTP, IAG, cloud) and 3–4 years in AI automation for SAP.
• Proven expertise in SAP Security design, vulnerability management, and full-lifecycle SAP implementations (4–5+ projects).
• Strong leadership qualities with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, PCI, SoD) and SAP GRC tools.
• Experience with SAP interface security, EDI security, and cloud security (Azure preferred).
• Ability to thrive in Agile DevOps environments, manage conflicting priorities, and drive technical excellence.
