Full Job Description
The Senior Security Analyst – AI & Application Security role at InnoveusIT, Inc. is a hands-on, high-impact position supporting a leading SaaS enterprise in energy, utilities, and asset-intensive industries. This full-time, remote position requires a Security Analyst with 5+ years of experience specializing in application security, security operations, and AI governance. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading application security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA) across the SDLC and integrating security tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
- Managing third-party penetration tests, vulnerability scanning (Qualys), and centralized vulnerability management platforms like DefectDojo.
- Operating and optimizing CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM, Threat Intelligence, and Data Protection for threat detection and incident response.
- Enforcing AI tool governance, ensuring compliance with frameworks like ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF, and evaluating vendor security postures.
- Driving process improvements, NIST CSF 2.0 alignment, and SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance initiatives.
- Collaborating with DevOps, IT, and compliance teams to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Information Security or equivalent, hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud security, and proficiency in CrowdStrike, Qualys, and Rapid7. Certifications like CISSP, OSCP, or AI governance certifications are preferred.
