Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager - E-commerce

Virtual Connect Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager with extensive E-commerce domain knowledge to spearhead Agile delivery for substantial digital commerce platforms. This pivotal role involves driving Agile transformation, expertly guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful deployment of E-commerce applications, encompassing web, mobile, and backend services. The ideal candidate will possess profound expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, effective stakeholder management, meticulous sprint planning, and comprehensive end-to-end project delivery. Collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Serve as a servant leader to Agile teams, proactively removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and the Scrum framework by all teams.
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and key delivery metrics.

Project & Delivery Management

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for complex E-commerce platforms.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, release plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Guarantee timely project completion within defined scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Teams, and Engineering Leads to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure a strong connection between business objectives and technical execution.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate effectively with UI/UX teams, developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Support teams in the delivery of scalable and high-performing E-commerce solutions.
• Cultivate an environment of team collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

E-commerce Platform Delivery Focus

• Lead projects related to:
• Online storefront development.
• Payment gateway integrations.
