About the Role
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Healthcare/Health Cloud or Enterprise Architecture. In this hands-on advisor role, you will lead work streams for sophisticated enterprise customer engagements, designing and guiding technical builds while presenting solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of complex solution workstreams within your domain (Health Cloud or Enterprise Architecture).
- Create application and technical design documents adhering to Salesforce best practices tailored to customer landscapes.
- Mentor junior teammates, guide teams on integration standards, environment management, and testing protocols.
- Troubleshoot critical implementation issues from identification through resolution.
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with third-party partners when required.
Qualifications
Minimum: 2+ years hands-on Salesforce delivery in Health Cloud or domain; 6+ years as a Lead Developer doing solution design; experience with enterprise architecture (SSO, MDM); proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Certifications Expected within First 3 Months: Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Agentforce Specialist, Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer, Certified Integration Architect, plus your specific domain certification.
