About the Role
Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic Senior CRM Salesforce Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, compliant, and high-performing Salesforce solutions tailored for commercial operations in Hyderabad. You will drive HCP/HCO engagement strategies, manage Medical Affairs workflows, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act), and optimize platform performance using Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development for Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams with a focus on scalability and security.
- Design data models, integrations (IQVIA, Snowflake), and automation strategies using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customize multi-cloud solutions including Experience Cloud, Maps & Territory Management, and CRMA for field force enablement.
- Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations through robust governance frameworks and RBAC implementation.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and define technical best practices across the organization.
Required Skills
8+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in LWC development. Proficiency in Omnistudio, Apex, DevOps, APIs, and middleware integrations is essential. A strong background in data architecture focused on healthcare compliance (HIPAA/GDPR) will be highly valued.
