Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

Referment is partnering with a leading financial planning technology company serving banks, credit unions, broker-dealers, and insurance companies across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. You will design, build, integrate, and support scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions for this distributed team.

Your Responsibilities:

Design, develop, integrate, secure, and support scalable Salesforce environments using core products, Data Cloud, and connected enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain automation via Flow, including reporting, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, sharing models, and security governance.
Apply senior-level hands-on development in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Leverage practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud for data ingestion, harmonization, unification, and activation.
• Collaborate on integrations and DevOps practices to ensure efficient platform delivery.

We're Looking For

A Senior Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including enterprise implementation. You must have senior hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, automation, administration, and security.
Useful certifications include Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, plus practical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Job Details:This is a remote position open to candidates located in Canada or the United States. Ideal for developers who want end-to-end ownership of platform architecture, security, and Data Cloud rather than just configuration tasks.
