Full Job Description
Join Chargebee, a leader in billing and monetization solutions, as a Senior Sales Enablement Manager. You will be instrumental in enhancing the performance and capabilities of our Account Executives and Account Managers across North America and EMEA. Your primary focus will be to align enablement initiatives directly with critical revenue priorities and demonstrable business outcomes. This role is vital for driving success within our revenue teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the enablement strategy for Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) throughout North America and EMEA.
- Create and deliver impactful sales training programs, both virtual and in-person, rooted in practical, real-world selling scenarios.
- Oversee onboarding programs for new AEs and AMs to accelerate ramp-up time and ensure immediate role readiness.
- Provide structured coaching and support in collaboration with frontline managers, including detailed call reviews and skill reinforcement exercises.
- Translate overarching revenue objectives, such as pipeline generation, win rates, expansion, and retention, into precisely targeted enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional Sales and Customer Success (CS) leaders to identify performance gaps and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Develop robust reinforcement strategies to ensure training translates into lasting behavior change, not just mere attendance.
- Monitor and report on the impact of enablement efforts using defined performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, customer success, or a related Go-To-Market (GTM) function.
- Substantial prior sales experience, such as an AE, AM, sales leadership, or another quota-carrying role.
- Proven success in a revenue-facing capacity, with direct exposure to pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating sales training sessions for revenue-focused teams.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring sales professionals.
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies, deal cycles, and effective account management motions.
- A clear ability to link enablement initiatives to measurable business impact.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Comfort and proficiency operating across multiple time zones and collaborating with global teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as dictated by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Background supporting global revenue teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Familiarity with key sales performance metrics and revenue operations tools.
- Proven capability in building comprehensive onboarding programs for quota-carrying roles.
- Experience with tools such as: AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), Salesforce, MindTickle, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Sales Navigator.
