Senior Resolution Coordinator

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates.
• Navigate multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues accurately.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers across all channels.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, problem-solving abilities, integrity, and a dedication to making a difference.
• Adapt to switching between phone, chat, and email support channels based on business needs.
• Review, analyze, and process critical customer queries with accuracy.
• Adhere to quality, compliance guidelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain a typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word).
• Successfully complete all mandatory training.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating weekly time off and permanent night shifts or assigned rotational shifts.
• Must possess any graduation degree.
