G MASS Consulting is looking for a Transaction Reporting Analyst to support a diverse client base. This role is part of a dynamic, collaborative support team dedicated to managing global clients' transaction reporting obligations. The successful candidate will provide an outstanding customer experience by efficiently handling client workflows, addressing regulatory queries, and resolving daily reporting issues. This is a highly client-facing position requiring excellent communication abilities, technical proficiency, and familiarity with transaction reporting regulations such as EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, ASIC, CFTC, and/or SEC.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely tracking, progression, and resolution of issues.
Assist clients in understanding system functionalities and guide them through resolving transaction reporting challenges.
Participate in client onboarding processes, including training and potential on-site engagements.
Proactively identify, escalate, and manage issues to resolution, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
Contribute to testing phases, including validation checks and user acceptance testing, to facilitate effective issue resolution.
Provide support for bespoke client-specific initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks including EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, ASIC, CFTC, and/or SEC.
A background in financial services, preferably within securities finance or capital markets.
Understanding of transaction reporting processes and data necessities.
A strong aptitude for quickly learning technical concepts and working comfortably with complex systems.
Proficient Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, investigation, and issue resolution.
Working knowledge of SQL and APIs, or a strong commitment to developing these skills.
Prior experience with third-party or vendor reporting platforms is beneficial.
