Senior React.js Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer (React.js) to lead design and development of scalable web applications at Celcius Logistics. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership abilities to mentor developers, enforce best practices, and deliver high-quality frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead frontend architecture using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Create scalable, reusable, and high-performance UI components tailored for logistics applications in Ahmedabad and beyond.
• Craft clean, maintainable code adhering to industry best practices for performance, security, and scalability within the Indian tech landscape.
• Lead code reviews to ensure quality standards across all frontend deliverables.
• Mentor a growing team of developers, fostering technical growth in Ahmedabad's competitive job market.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions for Gujarat-based clients.
• Drive sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with React.js (preferred).
• Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles relevant to Ahmedabad's climate considerations where applicable.
• Expertise in state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration common in Indian logistics sectors.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies prevalent in Ahmedabad startups and enterprises.
