About the Role

As a Senior React JS Developer – Team Leader (Backend, SaaS), you will lead technical efforts in designing scalable web-based solutions to support The Tann Mann Gaadi's wellness and sanitation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small remote volunteer team, defining architecture and best practices for frontend/backend development.
• Design and implement React JS components with Redux.js integration.
• Optimize performance and ensure secure backend functionality via API integrations.
• Mentor junior volunteers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to documentation.

Qualifications:

We seek professionals with 6+ years of experience in JavaScript/React JS, strong full-stack skills (APIs, server-side technologies), and a passion for social impact. A CS degree is beneficial but not mandatory; remote work discipline is essential.
